For a confirm reservation, we require a initial deposit of a minimum of 50% on total Event – Safari cost. Balance due,( finally due ) 60 days prior to hunt or event.

No refunds can be made, if a client cancels a hunt unless a replacement client/s is found. We strongly recommend that clients/guests purchase a cancellation insurance.

 

In case of Emergency, for instance – Of personal tangible disease – and in close family – Or serious accident,

( accidents in family, or in person ) NH&S refund 50% of initial deposit/ safari, Fishing adventure, or event.

Note:

Extras, like additional Games/trophies, Taxidermist service, Weapon rental, Shopping, Sightseeing and other special wishes, is requested to be paid in Cash, Travelers Checks, SWISH or Wire transfer in agreement with us at Northern Hunt & Safari.
